No the Modernization Console will work only on business rules extracted by S2T Products like Legacy Rejuvenator.

The Modernization Console is a separate product in the sense that it does not install along with Legacy Rejuvenator. However the console may be requested from Legacy Rejuvenator and a one concurrent user console is included in the licensing fee paid for Legacy Rejuvenator.

Users can access the console over the web using the IP address where the console is installed

Yes the console generates a single repository of all the information transferred to it from a S2T Product like Legacy Rejuvenator. The user is allowed to work on any business rule within this repository.

The user can generate program linkages as well as business rule linkages for the system/s whose extracted information reports have been transferred to the console. This can serve as an aid when annotating, slicing, deactivating or merging business rules.

The Modernization Console allows the user to migrate the optimized and modernized business rules into C#, VB.Net, Java and CA Gen Models. If the user has a license for all the targets supported, that user can specify a different target for each source program. In this manner the user is able to implement the first level of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

The automation rate for migration is 75-95%.

While this is dependent upon the scope of the initiative, it is very feasible to achieve time and cost savings of between 40-60% as compared to manual services using their established practice.
